I followed all instructions online and can't seem to find a fix, I've changed the power management settings to always enable USB power at max levels. Now I ran the Dell SupportAssist diagnostics and I keep getting this message, I think it may be the key to all my issues. I couldn't get the mouse to work in ANY other USB port/HUB (front or back) only plugged into the keyboard. Then it stopped working completely.Īfter a few hours of troubleshooting, the mouse only seems to work when plugged into my keyboard (Razer Chroma V2), which is also plugged into the back USB hub (strange huh?) It kept periodically disconnecting and Windows 10 kept alerting me that the "device has malfunctioned". ![]() Last week my Chaos G905 Mouse stopped working plugged into the back of the computer. ![]()
